That’s right! Shoes that are the most consistently repairable are ones made out of leather (or some vegan leather alternatives).

Can the backs of shoes be repaired?

While a full shoe lining replacement is often not necessary, a backlining replacement is a common repair procedure performed by our shoe repairers. The repair involves removing part of the original lining and adding a new layer of leather to cover the worn area.

Can the sole of my shoe be repaired?

Yes, shoes can be resoled either with full soles or half soles and can be replaced several times providing the upper is in good condition. Half soles are ideal for heels, while full soles are recommended for flat shoes.
